The 535C Quick Charge Coupler enables rapid and safe charging of liquid refrigerants into HVAC and refrigeration systems. Designed with a 1/4” female SAE flare inlet and 1/4” male SAE flare outlet, it provides a secure connection to refrigerant cylinders and system manifolds. The coupler features an internal metering element to regulate liquid flow, preventing compressor damage during charging. It also includes a built-in ball check valve that opens automatically during vacuum drawing, ensuring unrestricted evacuation and faster system evacuation. Compatible with all fluorinated hydrocarbon refrigerants, including blends and R-410A, the 535C improves charging speed up to eight times compared to vapor charging without pressure drop in the cylinder.
